In this paper decomposition in wood company and supplier selection in subsystem of procurement has performed. For determining criteria weights are applied Full Consistency Method (FUCOM), while the ranking of supplier is performed using Weighted Aggregated Sum Product ASsessment (WASPAS) method. Obtained results are checked through sensitivity analysis that is formed with modeling of criteria weights.
